Fitness Center Information
The fitness center includes treadmills, bikes, stair masters, cross-training machines, row machines, and free weights. You can also enjoy a cardio-entertainment system while you work out. The fitness center also includes an aerobics and indoor cycling studio.  
Classes are free for members and are included in your day pass for $7. Some classes cost extra, but they will indicate such.

Carri Rogers
I believe in educating, motivating and supporting my clients to obtain a healthier existence through the perfect marriage between both physical activity and healthy eating. I desire each and every person to feel strong, both physically and mentally, secure and confident in themselves. They say if you love to do something, make it your job, and you will never work a day in your life. That is what fitness is to me, I'm so very blessed!

Bryant Johnson
My goal as a trainer is to teach those I work with how to take responsibility for their health and fitness. I believe that a healthy lifestyle consisting of proper exercise and eating habits improves our quality of life, both physically and mentally, at any age or fitness level. I believe that being fit will help us be our best at the things that matter most to us. I became a trainer because I enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their lives. I strive to help individuals achieve their goals by offering a fun and challenging exercise program.

I have always enjoyed pushing myself to the next level, no matter if it's working out or playing sports. I have always been athletic growing up. I worked very hard and earned a scholarship for basketball. With my determination and motivational attitude, I promise I can make your workouts fun, while helping you achieve your fitness goals. I will strive to help guide you to get into shape safely and effectively. I truly care about each and every client I have worked with. I want to help you succeed to reach your personal goals. I will work with you to help improve your body composition, strength, endurance, flexibility, stress level or any other factors that will help you look and feel better about yourself.

Ashley Goddard
I believe that health is a gift and I love for everyone to experience that gift. You don’t realize how wonderful you can feel until you start to make some changes. We are in a journey of wellness that is ever changing as our life changes. My goal is to teach you skills in order to adapt when needed to stay on track. I work with the whole person as stress, nutrition, and exercises are interconnected. I’ve been told I have a sweet, but deceiving smile. I will push you to step outside of your comfort zone and work hard. “A coach is a person who makes you do things that you don’t want to do to become the person that you want to be.” What do you want to become? I would be honored to help you achieve that.

Denise Wilcock
Each day is an opportunity to perform one small act of bravery; asking for help, admitting a mistake, accepting a compliment, and feeling the fear, but doing it anyway. I am honored to offer the MELT METHOD, as I can teach you to become your own hands off body worker with the science of self healing. Clients find relief from chronic pain and injuries using a foam roller and therapy balls to heal their connective tissue. My other passion is working with clients during private Pilates sessions, as it elongates, strengthens, improving muscle elasticity, and joint mobility. A body balanced with strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured! Certifications: STOTT Pilates, MELT Method, Core barre, PIYO
