Alderman for Ward One, Jim is a native of West Plains, MO and a graduate of Drury University in Springfield. Jim moved from West Plains to Ozark in February, 2007 after starting a real estate company and expanding in to the Springfield Area. Jim is currently a real estate broker with RE/MAX solutions in Ozark and has been involved in real estate in one way or another for most of the time since 1992. Jim is the liaison between the Board of Aldermen and the Planning and Zoning office for the City. Jim ran for council not with an agenda but instead with an eye toward helping the city grow its way out of the economic hard times the entire county has dealt with since 2007/2008. Jim is the Board of Aldermen liaison to the join economic partnership between Ozark, Nixa, and Christian County and is a proud member of the Ozark Chamber of Commerce. Jim has been married for 15 years and has 2 children in the Ozark Public Schools system.
