The Building Department ensures that construction in Ozark is compliant with the city's adopted 2006 IBC Codes.

The Building Inspectors are Bill Pears and Don Duncan. They manage the department and 
issue their grades of pass or fail on scheduled inspections. 

Steve Childers is the building official for the city.


   The New 2006 ICC Building Codes are now in effect.
