The City Clerk's office manages the retention of all City records. This includes
assisting citizens and media in researching of Ordinances, contracts and other
public information as needed. The Clerks' office coordinates the preparation of
information required for City Council meetings, and provides a permanent record
for all Council meetings. The Clerk also coordinates teh election process; ensures
the City Codes is updated and maintained; issues occupational licenses, firework
licenses, and liquor licenses. The City Clerk handles all personel records and related
personel administration functions.
