The Planning and Zoning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council for a variety of development applications. Such applications include: Rezoning, Preliminary Plats, Final Plats,
Conditional Use Permits, and various other aspects of Planning and Zoning including the review of Site Development Plans. The most significant duty of the Commission is to adopt and update the City of Ozark's Comprehensive Master Plan.
