The fitness center includes treadmills, bikes, stair masters, cross-training machines, row machines, and free weights. You can also enjoy a cardio-entertainment system while you work out. The fitness center also includes an aerobics and indoor cycling studio.
Classes are free for members and are included in your day pass for $8. Some classes cost extra, but they will indicate such.

Meet Beth Pickering, Personal Trainer
Hello! My name is Beth. I was raised in Ozark, Missouri. I’ve always had a passion for being active and having a healthy lifestyle. Growing up, I did competitive cheer, high school varsity cheer for four years and brought home a state championship in 2016. Another huge part of my life is running. I ran long distance in high school and have continued running half marathons after graduation. During college, I had the privilege of working at a physical therapy clinic and learned a lot about post-surgery rehab. I also work at the Springfield Cardinals as a Louie Girl! I am a recent graduate from Missouri State University with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science Pre-Professional. I absolutely love working at the OC and building relationships with my clients while reaching their goals.
Meet Skyler Parker, Personal Trainer
I have always enjoyed being active. I grew up playing a lot of sports. I knew I wanted to become a personal trainer to pursue a career that not only kept me active but encouraged others to be active with me. Personal training allows me to combine my passions of exercise and nutrition along with my desire to help people achieve their goals. You may come to me with a variety of goals: whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility, or wanting to feel better about yourself. Perhaps you want to train to become faster, stronger, or more agile for your favorite sport. From my own personal experiences, I know the challenges and frustrations you face when you strive for a goal that seems so far away. As your personal trainer, I will show you that your goals are not far away at all. I provide guidance in your nutrition journey, leading you to a healthier lifestyle. I also provide specific exercise programs catered to your body and your desired outcomes. I will not only help you reach your goals but equip you with the knowledge you need to maintain these goals on your own.
