Alderman Ward II

A third-term alderperson, Bruce lives and works in Ward II. He is an attorney practicing family law and personal injury in a building he renovated on the Historic Square. His wife Sarah owns and operates a funeral home in historic center city Ozark.  Their family also lives near the Finley River, also in historic center city.

At times, he is seen bicycling to work or Board of Aldermen meetings.  He is the former President of the Christian County Bar Association, a former board member of the Ozark Chamber of Commerce, former Chair of the Ozark Historic Preservation Commission and present member of Rotary.  He serves on the Chadwick Flyer Greenway Trail Committee with Ozark Greenways.

He and his family enjoy travel, kayaking, bicycling and cooking out.  He was named the Ozark Chamber of Commerce’s citizen of the year for 2019.  He values keeping law enforcement strong, building greenways and better parks, and fostering smart economic growth in his Ward and all of Ozark.
