Shorter months such as August, December, March, and May have their tuition prorated. Pre-registration is required, with transportation being limited based on the school.

After-school can be a critical part of your child's development - in Missouri, children in after school programs are taking part in physical activities, getting help with homework, and receiving a health snack and meals. In a growing digital age, we feel it's important that the kids in our care are able to take part in all the above - swimming, running in the gym, and of course, having time to do their homework. Part of our after school philosophy revolves around the family - we strive to be as communicative and collaborative as possible with a child's guardians as we work with them after school. Using tools like ProCare Connect (an app that allows parents to message staff, see sign ins/outs, and more), director conversations at sign in/out, and more, we hope that we meet this mission daily. We offer up to 2 hours of child care for children our KidZone so that you as a parent/guardian may get the maximum benefit and enjoyment out of your membership with The OC.
Cost: Non-Members: $3/child per visit Annual Family Members(Family Day Pass): FREE
If you need to pay the $3/per child fee please do so at the Front Desk before checking a child into the KidZone. We will need a receipt for our records.

Rules
The KidZone is for your convenience while you work out or attend your meeting. Our goal is to provide a great atmosphere full of fun for our participants! Please read our rules:
- There is a 2-hour limit on child care. The parent/guardian must stay in the facility while we are caring for your child.
- The parent/guardian will be responsible for feedings and diaper changes. If these needs arise, the parent/guardian will be asked to return to the KidZone.
- Disruptive children will need to be picked up by their parent/guardian upon notification from The OC staff.
- KidZone staff will not be responsible for lost clothing or other items.
- The parent/guardian signing the child in must be the same person signing them out to ensure safety.
- Parents with infants should bring their child in a car seat or carrier.
- Please do not bring your child when he/she is ill. This includes if your child has had fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea within the past 24 hours.

Kids are invited to hang with us at The OC for a night “in” while parents enjoy a night “out.” We will have dinner, go swimming, enjoy some games, climb the rock wall, and have lots of fun. Maximum of 50 children, so sign up early!
Cost: Pre-registration pricing is available until 6p the Thursday Kids Night In.
Annual Family Members: $15/child & $10/additional sibling
Non-Members: $20/child & $15/additional sibling
Friday Registration: $20/child (Members & Non-members; no discount for additional siblings)

When school is out due to bad weather Ozark Parks & Rec. wants to help keep the kids busy!! The OC is offering a program loaded with swimming, games, crafts, movies, and fun all day long!!! The decision to offer snow day care will be made after Ozark R-VI schools have cancelled. Our decision is based on potential interest, safety of both participants and staff, and staff availability. Once a decision has been made, interested participants can either register by calling The OC Front Desk, registering in person at The OC front desk, or if an online link has been posted, from the link on The OC's Facebook page. In order for your child's spot to be held, payment must be made. Spots are extremely limited, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is nonrefundable, as staffing decisions are based on your enrollment, and often can result in other children being turned away when a spot is held for your child.

CAMPS
Summer Camp 2023 will run from May 25th until the final business day before Ozark Schools resume session (pending the start/end date of Ozark R-VI schools).

Ozark Parks & Recreation Dept. offers 4 full-time summer day camps
Campers meet at the Finley River Park, daily Monday - Friday, from 7:00AM-8:30AM (or anytime thereafter, parents will have to meet the campers where they are at); pick-up @ Finley River Park between 4:30 pm to 6pm.
Each camp has a different activity schedule, which includes field trips, swimming, visits to The OC, and other locations in a 30-mile radius. These can all be found in the tabs below. The camps begin the day after Ozark Schools are out for the summer, and run through the day before Ozark schools resume in August. Our registration is a full summer commitment, however, if you are interested in a partial summer, we can add your name to a wait list and will contact you if a space becomes available.

Please note - Maximum capacity for Junior Journeys and Riverside Adventures is 140 campers, so early registration is a must. There is a maximum number of part-time, or 3 day per week, options available, and these are given on registration day on a "first come, first serve" basis.
Campers who wish to have a 3 day per week option can register for the 5 day per week option, and be put on a list to switch as a part time option become available. Our camp will have a $20 registration fee, which includes two shirts per child.
Junior Journeys will be divided into two "units," and will be ran as different Camps. Junior Journeys Unit 1 and Unit 2 will have completely different schedules, and operate on different buses. The same is true for Riverside Adventures Unit 1 and Unit 2. If you wish for your child to be with their friend, please note that on your registration packet. Units will be put together primarily based on age (when building Junior Journeys Unit 1, we will place primarily K and 1, whereas Unit 2 may have more 1st and 2nd grade).
Come join us when school lets out for Spring Break! We will be taking field trips to the Art Zone, Volleyball Beach, Andy B's, and more - and that doesn't even begin to talk about the fun we'll be having at The OC! Our program runs during Ozark R-VI’s Spring Break, March 13-17. These will be available at both an entire break package or individual daily rates . Rates per day will be the same as other Kids Day Off ($30 for non members, and $25 for annual family members), however, you can get the whole holiday break at a discounted rate for approximately $22 per day ($110 for 5 days of care) for annual family members, and approximately $27 per day for non members ($135 for non members).
To add on the scheduled day out of March 10th (not included in our full spring break registration as not all school systems are out that day), you can register on the same form, or by going to our online registration page. The cost for this date is $25 for non-members, or $22 for those with an annual family membership. There are no field trips on these days.
Kids will need to bring their towel, swimsuit, sack lunch and snack to the program daily. Closed toed shoes are required for the Rock Wall. Drop off begins at 7AM, Pick up ends at 6PM.
Registration form below must be filled out entirely and payment received before your registration is considered "complete". Children do not need to be a resident of Ozark or attend Ozark schools to participate in any of our childcare programs.

Drop Off/Pick Up Times:
- Drop off begins at 7:00 AM
- Pick up ends at 6:00 PM
Kids are able to be dropped off and picked up at any point during the day, but parents will have to meet them where they are at (Field Trip, Playgrounds, etc).
Whenever there is a scheduled day of school out, The OC provides a "Kids Day Off" program for kids K-6th grade. Activities may include rock wall climbing, swimming, gym and bounce house activities, and other exciting adventures! Children should plan to bring a Sack Lunch, Snacks, Swim Suit, and a Towel. Children can be dropped off anytime and picked up anytime between 7AM-6PM - they are not required to attend the entire program, but instead can use whatever is most convenient for your family's schedule.
Registration for the coming school year will be available about a month ahead of the scheduled day off - as of now, scheduled January 16th, February 20th, March 10th, Spring Break, April 7th, and April 10th. This camp offers our beginning & youngest campers, finishing K – 2nd grade, a fun and safe camp experience, as they enjoy a new "theme" each week. Lots of swimming, crafts, games, at least 2-3 field trips per week, and wonderful interaction with our super camp counselors allow these campers to have a very positive camp experience. Field trips for this group include bowling, skating, the zoo, movie theaters, and more! This Camp allows kids to get a taste of the adventure we offer here at The OC, and to make lots of new friends!

Children finishing grades 3rd through 6th can take the next step in their OC Summer Camp experience, and join our Riverside Adventure – this camp field trips 3-4 times per week, and has a little more adventure in their group – from Wonders of Wildlife to sports competitions, exploring caves and paddling rivers, water parks and more, this camp is its own “Adventure” as they make friendships to last a lifetime!

This Camp is a smaller, tighter knit unit – limited to only 21 spots, these kids have the most adventures. They’ll go deeper in the caves, zipline, hang out at the lake and canoe on the river, and more! These kids will field trip 3 or 4 times per week. With this age group, they will also start to develop their leadership skills and work to build strong relationships that they can take forth as they start a new stage of life.

CITs are Counselors in Training – this program is half the cost of a regular week of Camp, but allows these older youths to be paired with some of our youngest Camps to serve as role models. They will be able to take part in all of the field trips, and work with the kids. While they do receive increased responsibilities, CITs will never have direct and sole supervision of other program participants. These groups will also be able to get a more “behind the scenes” look at Camp, as they help set up and prepare for programs – and sometimes get to lead group games!
