What if my water is shut off?: Disconnects occur when bills are past due. To have your water reconnected you must pay the total amount due, and an additional $50 fee associated for that service.

1. What is the Summer Sewer Program?: The Summer Sewer Program takes the average usage from the January to the March bill and discounts the sewer based on the average usage. This program runs from the May bill to the October bill. To be added to this program you must contact the Ozark Water Department at 417-581-2744.

2. Can I sign up for automated payments from my checking or savings account?: Yes, you can fill out a Bank Draft Form that can be obtained online or inquire at the Utility Billing Department at (417) 581-2744 for automated payments. The completed Bank Draft Form and a voided blank check should be returned by person, mail or fax to City Hall.
