Personal TrainerI've always had a passion for being active. I'm a mother of six children and grandmother of nine. I'm excited to be a part of the OC. I was privileged to be raised by parents who were fanatics about fitness. In fact, my father was a personal trainer up until he passed away at the age of 64 due to a lost battle with cancer. Although he is gone, his spirit still drives me to be active and share my love and desire for fitness with as many people as possible to reach their fitness goals. In the past, I have had the privilege to participate in many triathlons and even a half marathon. As a certified personal trainer and group instructor, I enjoy teaching Aqua Fit, Spin, HITT, Pilates, Senior Fit, and Silver Sneakers. I'm here to provide guidance for you to reach your fitness goals.

I look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a beginner or an established athlete. I was a two-sport athlete in college: football and track and field. I am a retired educator with many years of experience as a coach in football, track and field, and swimming. I have over 45 years of lifting, swimming, and exercise experience to share with you. Although retired, I swim 4-5 miles a week, lift weights, and ride a bike daily. As a personal trainer, I will be honored to help you achieve your fitness goals!
