Mayor of Ozark

Don Currence

Term Expires: April 2027

The Mayor of Ozark has several important responsibilities, including helping prepare the agenda for and leading the Board of Aldermen meetings.

On the second Saturday of every month, at the Ozark Community Center, the Mayor hosts an open-forum meeting where community members can discuss any concerns they have or ask questions. It's a chance for everyone to get involved and share their thoughts with the Mayor.

When elected, the Ozark Mayor's term lasts for two years. If someone is interested in running for Mayor, they must visit City Hall and fill out all necessary information with the City Clerk to be included on the ballot.
