Rooms Rentals
We have 3 separate rooms with movable partitions. Each room has a 30 person capacity and audiovisual capabilities. Reserve 1, 2, or all 3 rooms for your event!

The rooms are great for:
  • Birthday parties
  • Boy/girl scout meetings
  • Business meetings or conferences
  • Family or class reunions
  • Graduation parties
  • Homeschool events

Each room holds approximately 30 people with table and chairs. We provide tables and chairs with each room rental. We offer 5, 6 and 8 foot banquet tables. We do not have round tables. 

Room rate per room, per hour: $40 non members/$30 annual members per hour 

Community Wing Rate (all 3 rooms, accommodating 100 to 120 people): 
  • $120 per hour for non members
  • $90 per hour for annual members
**Located off the community rooms is a patio that can be rented out for a party or for your relaxation, complete with tables and chairs for your convenience**

OC Veranda - Wedding


We offer weddings at The OC. We have several options, one of our most popular options is our Veranda. You can have a beautiful sunset wedding overlooking a serene stream. If interested in pricing or with questions call or email us.
