[ARCHIVED] Ozark Police Chief - 2022 40 Under 40, International Association of Chiefs of Police

The City of Ozark would like to congratulate Police Chief Justin Arnold, for being selected by the International Association of Chiefs of Police as a 2022, 40 Under 40.

"Chief Justin Arnold embodies leadership and dedication through his service to the Ozark community and the law enforcement profession as a whole." - Samantha Payne, Deputy City Administrator.

In 2005, Chief Justin Arnold began his law enforcement career with the Ozark Police Department. During his career, he has served in nearly every capacity of the organization—patrol officer, detective, sergeant, commander, and deputy chief. In 2019, Arnold was appointed chief of police.

Beginning in 2019, Chief Arnold championed the Hero in Training program, designed to engage children of all ages and educate them about policing. The response from the community was overwhelming, and the program continues to be a great success, earning the Missouri Municipal League Innovation Award in 2021.

"I am focused on mentoring and developing future law enforcement leaders from within the community.” - Chief Justin Arnold

The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) is a global organization and the most influential professional association for police leaders. IACP has more than 32,000 members in over 170 countries. This years winners serve communities around the world, and represent law enforcement agencies from seven (7) countries across four (4) continents.

Chief Justin Arnold will receive this award in Dallas, TX during the IACP Conference in October.
