Ozark, Mo. -- The Missouri Department of Conservation has fulfilled its Community Forestry Cost-Share Grant to the City of Ozark.
The $29,760 grant helped Ozark’s Parks & Recreations Department remove emerald ash borer infested trees from Finley River Park and Neil Grubaugh Park. The infested trees posed a risk to visitors and the parks’ environment as they were dying or already dead.
