The City of Ozark is updating its ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan. Leaders want public input on the degree of accessibility in Ozark and what is important to community members living with disabilities. Community feedback is valuable to ensure the city's programs are accessible to everyone. Citizens are encouraged to participate in or review materials before taking this survey.
The following questions pertain to accessibility across Ozark. The city's programs include sidewalks, curb ramps, signalized intersections, on-street accessible parking, transit stops (in the city's public rights-of-way), and city buildings accessible to the public. The City of Ozark is also responsible for accessible communications through websites and when conducting public meetings.
